Justin Berry brings over 20 years of dedicated experience of short sales and foreclosures in the Denver area and foothills. He’s committed to securing the best possible outcomes for homeowners and brokers while providing thorough communication and customer service while significantly reducing the time and stress involved in these complex transactions.

In 2005 he paired with real estate attorneys and investors to begin negotiating short sales, was quickly licensed as a real estate broker in 2006 and began acting as a fiduciary for sellers only. He continued with a Colorado Employing Broker licensure in 2011.
